Aloha, I'm Mei! I'm thrilled to welcome you to my cozy cottage bakery! Originally from the beautiful island of Kaua'i, my adventure brought me to Oahu. After starting my journey in nursing, I faced the challenges of burnout and reignited my childhood passion for baking – and that's how Locally Mei'd was born! Initially crafting custom cakes and cupcakes for my friends and family, I've since expanded my offerings to include handcrafted sourdoughs and pastries and a array of desserts and treats, all showcased at local pop-ups. With my science background, I love turning simple ingredients into extraordinary delights!
