Thank you so much for your continued support. I’ll be taking a short break from all orders as I focus on the final weeks of my nursing program and prepare for graduation. The bakery will be closed until June 1, 2026, and regular ordering will resume once I return.

Aloha, I'm Mei! I'm thrilled to welcome you to my cozy cottage bakery! Originally from the beautiful island of Kaua'i, my adventure brought me to Oahu. After starting my journey in nursing, I faced the challenges of newbie burnout and reignited my childhood passion for baking – and that's how Locally Mei'd was born! Initially crafting custom cakes and cupcakes for my friends and family, I've since expanded my offerings to include handcrafted sourdoughs and pastries and an array of desserts and treats, all showcased at local pop-ups. With my science background, I love turning simple ingredients into extraordinary delights!
